New Search Engine: A9
Amazon has launched a beta version of its brand new search engine, called A9. It incorporates technology from Alexa.com and Google, as well as new technology developed in-house. It comes with an A9 toolbar.

Suddenly, search engine news becomes "news of the wierd." A man named Michael Anthony Bradley was arrested on Thursday in Ventura County for allegedly threatening Google. Apparently, he created software that would automatically generate click-thoughs on Google AdSense and threatened to sell it if Google didn't pay him $100,000.00.
