Ask.com - Another attempt at success through branding?

The whole idea behind Ask.com's marketing efforts is that they make searching simple.  Unfortunately, in several ways, Ask makes searching frustrating.  Especially frustrating are the three paid sponsor matches that appear at the top of each search result page.  Basically, if you set your monitor at the standard 800x600 resolution, all you will see are advertisements when you do a search at Ask.com.  You have to scroll down to see the real search results.
